Indonesian Citizen, 67 years old. He completed an Executive programin National University of Singapore in 1990 and Tsing Hua University, Beijing, China in 2010. He is one of the founders of the Company and has been working for the Maspion Group for his entire career.
Currently he is the President Director of Maspion Group and serves as the Chairman of Indonesia China Business Council (ICBC) and involved in many other organizations. Currently, he also serves as the Commissioner and Director of some companies within the Group, among others are: PT. Maspion, PT. Indal Aluminium Industry Tbk, and PT. Bumi Maspion, as President Director; PT. Indal Steel Pipe, PT. Maspion Energy Mitratama, and PT. Maspion Industrial Estate as President Commissioner.
He is in charge of leading role over the entire operation of the company in general.

Indonesian Citizen, 65 years old, completed his business studies at Ngee Ann Polytechnics in Singapore in 1974 and joined the Maspion Group in the following year. He had served as a Director of the Company from 1980 to 1995. Currently he also holds several Board positions within the Group, among others are - in PT. Maspion, PT. Indal Aluminium Industry Tbk, and PT. Maspion Kencana as a member of the Board of Directors, also in PT. Bumi Maspion and PT. Maspion Industrial Estate as a member of the Board of Commissioners. He is in charge of the company’s operation.

Indonesian Citizen, 61 years old, graduated from St. Mary University, Canada. In 1981 he joined the Company as Director, and currently also serves as Board’s member of some companies within the Maspion Group, which among others are. PT. Maspion, PT. Indal Steel Pipe, PT. Alaskair Maspion as a member of the Board of Commissioners, and PT. Indal Aluminium Industry Tbk, PT. Bumi Maspion, and PT. Maspion Industrial Estate as a member of the Board of Directors. He is in charge of the company’s operation.

Indonesian Citizen, 57 years old, completed his Master study at Indonesian Institute of Management Development. He has worked in the banking sector for 22 years and in non-bank companies for 6 years before . He began his career at the Maspion Business Group since 2013 as an Assistant Director, and has served as the Company's Director since 2018. He oversees the financial and administration of the Company, and also serves as the Director of PT. Indal Aluminum Industry Tbk.

Indonesian Citizen, 49 years old, graduated from TAFE college, Australia, Associate Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical) in 1993. He has joined the company since 2001 and has been appointed as Director of the company since 2013. He is in charge of the marketing department of the company, and has no other positions.
The appointment of the company’s Board of Directors is based on the Shareholder’s general meeting, that was held on 29 June 2018 and the deed was made before Sitaresmi Puspadewi Subianto, SH, a notary in Surabaya.

Indonesian Citizen, 58 years old, holds an MBA degree from the National University of Singapore. His career with ALMI began in 1982 and has served as Director of the Company since 1995-2018 and as the President Commisioner since 2018 until now. He currently also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Maspion Group, and as the President Commisioner of PT. Indal Aluminium Industry Tbk.

Indonesian Citizen, 94 years old, joined the Maspion Group since its inception in 1965 and appointed Commissioner of the Company since its establishment in 1978. He received a formal education equivalent to a senior high school. He currently holds positions as a member of Board of Directors and Commissioners within the Group, among others are PT. Maspion and PT. Maspion Industrial Estate, as Director; PT. Bumi Maspion, PT. Maspion Elektronik, PT. Indal Steel Pipe and PT Indal Aluminium Industry Tbk as Commissioner.
